1. Purpose of the AI Assistant
The Dreams Empowered Foundation AI Assistant (“the Assistant”) is provided to support internal operations, including donor communication, student program management, fundraising content creation, administrative tasks, and general organizational productivity. The Assistant is intended for use by authorized members of Dreams Empowered Foundation only.
2. Acceptable Use
By using the Assistant, you agree to:
Use it only for legitimate organizational purposes.
Follow all internal policies, confidentiality requirements, and data‑handling standards.
Avoid entering sensitive personal information unless required and permitted by policy.
Review and verify all outputs before using them in official communications or decisions.
3. No Professional Advice
The Assistant may generate content that appears helpful, but:
It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
All information should be reviewed by appropriate staff before being acted upon.
Users remain responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance.
4. Data Handling and Privacy
The Assistant may process information you provide in order to generate responses.
Users must:
Avoid entering confidential donor data, financial account numbers, or protected student information unless authorized.
Follow all applicable privacy, security, and data‑protection policies of Dreams Empowered Foundation.

6. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
Use the Assistant for personal, commercial, or non‑Foundation purposes
Attempt to manipulate or misuse the system
Enter harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Use the Assistant to generate discriminatory, harassing, or unethical material
Violations may result in loss of access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content generated by the Assistant for organizational purposes is considered property of Dreams Empowered Foundation unless otherwise stated. Users may not redistribute or publish AI‑generated content outside the organization without authorization.
