Recipients Terms & Conditions
Accepting a spot in our program requires dedication and commitment to your development as a student golfer and ambassador of the foundation. All selected recipients must agree to the following:
Golf Instruction
Provided by Invincible Golf Performance
- Attendance must be consistent. If you miss more than 10% of your lessons without good cause, then you will be at risk of losing your spot.
- You must participate in a minimum of three tournaments per quarter. High school participants must compete in two-day tournaments.
- Applicants age 13 and older must maintain an Instagram and/or Facebook golf page and tag DEF in all golf-related posts. A minimum of one golf post per week, plus a post after each tournament is required. For applicants under 13, a parent/guardian must agree to create and manage social media pages. A strong online presence is essential for NIL opportunities and College recruitment.
- You must represent yourself and the foundation in a positive and respectful manner, both on and off the course.

Please complete the application below to apply for the DEF student athlete spot. Fields Marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Documents you will need to provide are final year report card, 1040 tax form (1 page) and Letter of Recommendations for 14+ students. Not providing the correct form when you apply will disqualify you.
