Tanya Burbank
PRESIDENT
Tanya Burbank is a wife, mother of four competitive junior golfers, and a passionate advocate for youth in sports. With over 12 years of experience in the golf industry, she combines professional expertise with firsthand knowledge gained from actively supporting her children’s journeys—whether at practices, tournaments, or as a caddie. This unique blend of personal involvement and professional background has given Tanya deep insight into the challenges and opportunities young athletes face, fueling her commitment to helping them succeed both on and off the course.
A graduate of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI, Tanya relocated to the Orlando, Florida area in 2012, where she has become an active and engaged member of the community. Her dedication to helping others is demonstrated through her service on multiple boards and parent-teacher associations, consistently championing programs that support youth development. Prior to moving to Orlando, Tanya lived in the Metro Detroit area, where she served as a District Manager overseeing more than 100 employees. This extensive leadership experience has been instrumental in guiding the board she now leads toward continued success.
Through her leadership, Tanya leverages her passion for family, golf, and community service to inspire and empower the next generation of athletes to achieve their full potential both on and off the course.

KEITH FISHER
TREASURER
Keith Fisher is a husband, father, and dedicated PGA Certified Professional with a deep passion for golf and a commitment to supporting the next generation of players.
Drawing on the encouragement and support he received throughout his own journey, Keith is devoted to helping others achieve success both on and off the course.
A graduate of Defiance College, where he was an Academic All-American on the golf team, Keith brings a wealth of experience to his role as PGA Career Consultant for the North Florida PGA, where he serves the PGA Members and Associates in achieving their professional and personal goals. His background includes serving as Territory Manager for TaylorMade/adidas/Adams Golf and as PGA Head Golf Professional at Dayton Country Club. Keith’s leadership is further demonstrated by his service on the Southern Ohio PGA Board of Directors, where he held roles as a Southwest Chapter officer, Chairman of the Section’s Sponsorship Committee, and leader of the Southern Ohio Apprentice Association. He has also contributed to the Awards Committee, Patrons Committee, and Golf 2.0 task force.
Keith’s dedication to the golf community is reflected in his recognition as Southern Ohio PGA Assistant Professional of the Year-Associate and as a two-time finalist for Golf Professional of the Year. He remains actively involved as an instructor with the North Florida PGA REACH’s HOPE program, supporting veterans through golf.
Now residing in Winter Garden, Florida, Keith and his family are active members of
their church and their daughter’s school community, continuing his commitment to
service and mentorship in every aspect of life.

Ann Stone
SECRETARY
Guided by a strong belief in the power of sports to build confidence, discipline, and opportunity, Ann brings her leadership experience and passion for youth development to her role on the Board. Her deep appreciation for golf and its life lessons aligns closely with the organization’s mission to make the game accessible and inclusive for all children.
Golf has long been a meaningful part of Ann’s family life. She supported her children’s involvement in the sport through junior golf programs and school teams, and today enjoys playing recreationally with her husband and adult children. She values the way golf teaches focus, resilience, and integrity—qualities she believes are essential for young people both on and off the course.
Professionally, for the last seven years, Ann has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Notre Dame Preparatory School (NDP) in Pontiac, Michigan where she focuses on board development, governance, and advancing the school’s mission. As one of the Board’s longest-tenured trustees, she also served as Board Secretary for eight years. In addition to her leadership on the Board, Ann served as Vice President of the NDP Parents Club for ten years, supporting the school through fundraising, student activities, social events, and community outreach.
Ann brings more than a decade of experience in the business and healthcare sectors, with a focus on performance management, quality control, provider relations, and contract negotiations.
A native Detroiter, Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy. She remains actively engaged in her community through volunteer service and outreach initiatives. She lives in Michigan with her husband and two Maltese dogs, enjoys traveling and spending time with her family—on and off the golf course.

Ingrid Harris
DIRECTOR
Born and raised in New York City, Ingrid built an impressive career defined by leadership, service, and a deep commitment to helping others reach their full potential. After proudly serving eight years in the United States Marine Corps, she pursued higher education and earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Her professional journey began humbly at Ford Motor Company, where she worked the midnight shift as a warehouse picker. Through determination, discipline, and a strong work ethic, she rose through multiple levels of management to eventually oversee her own facility. Over her 15-year tenure with Ford, she managed operations in Michigan, Georgia, Virginia, and North Carolina.
Today, Ingrid serves as General Manager with GXO Logistics, where she has excelled for 18 years. She currently leads operations for a Lexus distribution center, continuing to demonstrate excellence in logistics, team development, and operational leadership. Beyond her professional achievements, Ingrid is a devoted wife and mother of three. She remain actively involved in her children’s education as an Activity Coordinator, working closely with teachers and parents to create enriching extracurricular experiences for middle and high school students.
Her love for travel is both a passion and a calling—she operates her own travel agency, finding joy in planning memorable trips for family, friends, and clients around the world. An avid sports fan and former high school volleyball player, she also enjoys staying active and engaged with her community. At the heart of everything she does, Ingrid is driven by a genuine desire to empower
others, young and old alike—to discover their strengths and reach their fullest potential.

Christie Stewart
DIRECTOR
Christie is a proud wife, mother of three, and grandmother of four, whose life has always revolved around family, faith, and community. With two daughters who play golf—one of whom competes at a high level—Christie has spent many years as a dedicated sports mom, supporting her children through countless practices, tournaments, and milestones on and off the course.
Her deep understanding of the commitment, discipline, and financial challenges involved in youth sports gives her a personal connection to the Dreams Empowered Foundation’s mission. She is passionate about helping young athletes gain access to opportunities that allow them to grow, compete, and succeed regardless of their background.
When she’s not volunteering or attending her grandchildren’s activities, Christie enjoys family outings, traveling, and creating memories in her new chapter as a grandmother. Her joyful spirit, nurturing nature, and lifelong dedication to youth sports make her a valued member of the Dreams Empowered Foundation family.
